Underline Content Collection – Due January 19

We are excited to announce that the Workshop Program will be featured on the Underline platform this year. The Underline platform has previously been used by the AAAI conference to post conference content from the Main Technical Conference. In previous years, only Workshop live streams were available via Underline. This year, we will record all talks and post them, and allow authors in the Workshop Program to post abstracts, pre-recorded presentations, and/or upload their posters to the platform for attendees to access asynchronously.

What you can expect:

  • After sending notifications to authors, the authors of accepted papers will be asked for the paper number (formatting will be provided), paper title, author names and author emails for each accepted paper.
  • By December 15, the Underline team will reach out to authors directly with instructions on how to submit content and a release to sign acknowledging that their session is being recorded and posted.
  • Content Submissions will be due January 19.
  • Underline will also post the detailed schedules of each bridge or workshop to the Underline platform and the app for attendees to access.

AV and Poster Requests – Due December 11

Audio/Visual and Poster Requests should be made via this form: AAAI-27 Bridges and Workshops AV and Poster Form

Our worksshop room includes a standard set of equipment. Traditionally, a laptop, screen, project, and microphones. As organizers, you can request additional equipment to support your workshop.

Please note that all A/V requests are subject to budget restrictions. AAAI will not provide additional monitors or laptops for demonstrations. If a request is out of AAAI's ability, organizers may elect to arrange for special A/V requirements at their own expense.
